Gayo : medium smooth body, sweet & spicy artinya kekentalan yg pas dengan tipe rasa “ Exotic taste ” yakni cita rasa perpaduan rempah dan buah-buahan. Penamaan kopi gayo diadopsi dari nama suku ditanah aceh. Sentra besar Kopi Gayo dijumpai di wilayah Aceh Tengah, Bener Meriah dan Takengon. Sangat dikenal dimancanegara membuat kopi gayo menjadi komoditi favorit kopi eksport. Teknologi pertanian yang pada awalnya melakukan penjemuran diatas terpal, mulai menggunakan para-para bahkan sudah berinovasi dengan melakukan proses double soaking, carbonic maceration yang ditingkat petani dikatakan pada tingkat lanjutan. Mulai meningkatkan kualitas dengan memperhatikan spesifik varietal dalam cluster-cluster dan memproduksi secara terbatas pada proses-proses eksperimental. Tidak ada salahnya mencoba salah satu kopi terbaik dari Indonesia ini. One of the Best Coffee from Indonesia, Gayo.
